Sanctuarian™ is not, and has never been, a cult or a "secret society". Sanctuarian ™ as a personal belief system was first publicized on November 1, 2010 when a global internet presence was first created.

In 2017-2018, the SANCTUARIAN ™ web site was hacked and lost control of the sanctuarian.org domain name registration. The domain name was then registered on May 4, 2018 by an armed controversial radical extremist hate group, not affiliated with SANCTUARIAN ™.
