Sanctuarian™ Universal Outreach Project is back on track.

During the month leading to Samhain 2016, the Sanctuarian website is undergoing a much needed restructuring. The site had been offline for over two years as a result of server problems, interfering with the Sanctuarian universal outreach project. www.sanctuarian.bays.us is now back online, completely restructured, and new content is being added every day.

The objective of the Universal Outreach Project is to inclusively greet all people, and allow all people to learn about the Sanctuarian beliefs, culture, methods, and practices, to help them establish or adopt private, personal, or open sanctuaries, and to provide a universal syllabus of studies for practitioners, teachers, and other clergy.
